Years ago when I enrolled in a course of hypnotherapy training I had no idea where it would take me. But let me tell you, hypnosis has taken me on a wonderful journey, a journey of self- exploration, self-discovery and self-improvement, a journey that has lead me to living a life which is both rewarding and successful.

By using this method for a couple of minutes each day you will quickly master the self hypnosis techniques that I teach you and learn how to beat depression.

This is all about you, and how it can help you to explore and use the wonderful tool that is your own mind, and how you can use these techniques to overcome depression, improve self-esteem or even just to have some fun with hypnosis.

Your mind is a wonderful tool son, why don’t you sit back, relax and listen, while I tell you how amazing your mind really is, how powerful it is, and how powerful you are, and how, by using hypnosis, you can learn to beat depression and achieve even your wildest dreams.

I want you to sit back and relax, just let yourself be at peace, your mind open and relaxed, your body relaxed. No one is in control other than you, you can open your eyes at any time and stop this session. You are in total control, only you have the power to change your thinking, only you have the right to make the changes in your life to overcome depression and improve your self-esteem. I simply wish to show you how easy it is. If you give me your time, attention and maintain an open mind I will do just that.

I now want you to take a deep breath, go on breathe in – slowly breathe out and relax.

Now concentrate on the sound of my voice.

Gently close your eyes, take another deep breath, slowly breathe out and relax, that’s right, let the whole of your body relax now.

Feeling clam and at ease.

Take another deep breath and as you slowly breathe out feel a wave of relaxation beginning to spread from the top of your head down over your face, the back of your head and neck. Your eyes becoming heavy and relaxed, your cheeks, mouth and chin, relaxing and the tension melting away.

Take a deep breath slowly breathe out and allow your self to fall  deeper and deeper into relaxation, feel that wave of relaxation now moving down through your neck, into your shoulders, chest, and arms, all becoming relaxed and heavy. Your shoulder and arms fully relaxed, relaxing your fingers and hands now. Feel your chest relaxing, your back relaxing, your entire torso fully relaxed, all the organs inside you relaxing, your stomach becoming relaxed.

Take another deep breath, slowly breathe out and relax. Allow this wave of relaxation to move further down your body into your, thighs, your legs, feel them becoming relaxed and heavy, feel them getting heavier, feel your feet and toes relaxing allow the whole of your body to relax.

That’s it the whole of your body relaxed and at ease, breathing normally and easily, feeling great, feeling positive, your mind open to the possibilities that lie ahead..

Now while you are in this state I want to tell you a secret.

The secret is, that is there is no secret to hypnosis, you can do it, I can do it, we can all do it. You just have to know how. All this stuff you hear on television about  hypnosis is not true, there is no magic behind hypnosis, no big secret; we are all capable of understanding and using hypnosis in our personal life to focus our energy and thoughts, to create positive change in our lives.

Whenever you need to relax or go into hypnosis you simply go through the routine as I have done with you, and that is close your eyes, take a deep breath, slowly breath out and relax, and allow a wave of relaxation to travel from your head to your toes taking slow deep breaths as you let it travel down. Focusing on each muscle group, and allowing your muscles to relax and become heavy as the wave moves down.

You need never be stressed, or anxious again if you learn to use this technique.

Once you get experienced, you will be able to do this in seconds. When you find yourself in stressful situations in the future you will be able to bring yourself to a state of relaxation almost instantly, giving you the power to relieve many stressful situations that we find ourselves in everyday.

This is the level of relaxation you can use everyday it all kinds of situations to help calm you and focus your mind, but to go deeper and open your subconscious mind to focus on specific goals you need to use a further technique.

I shall now teach you this.

I want you to imagine that you are standing at the top of a flight of five stairs. As you walk down these stairs you will go even deeper into relaxation.

Stepping down now.

1 Fully relaxed, feeling good, feeling positive.

This is where you can begin to focus now. Now that you have managed to reach this state and you can see how easy it is do, this is where the fun begins.

I want you to imagine that you are standing at the foot of the steps and are at the entrance to a room. Step into the room. In front of you is a panoramic window from floor to ceiling it runs from one wall to the other. You can have any view that you want from this window, a tropical beach, a view from the space, your favorite place in the world. You can change this view when ever you want and as often as you want. Look out the window now. What do you see? Concentrate, this is your view, make it whatever you want it to be. Enjoy it.

Look round the room now. The walls are bare. You can cover them in any way that you wish, with any material, any color. Decorate your walls now. See them change in front of your eyes, your walls your choice. Now do the same with the floor, cover it in whatever you wish, no expense spared, it’s your floor you decide. Furnish the room now, take your pick, you can have the best there is, you deserve it.

This is your room, your own safe place, the place where you can relax and be the person that you want to be. This is where you can come any time, to rest, reflect and create the life that you want to lead. You can come here to work on any problems that you may encounter, or to figure out the next step on your self-improvement journey whilst to are learning how to .

So now that you have learned to sit and relax, to take yourself into a state of deep relaxation using the wave method and to deepen this relaxation by using the stair method and you have created your own fantasy room.

Sit for a moment and savor your own creation, enjoy your time in here. Perhaps you might take the time now that you are relaxed to think about what you really want your life to be like.

What is it that you think you can do in your journey to beating depression.

Focus your mind.

You can be whatever you want to be, you just have to believe it.

You have to figure out how to make the positive changes in your life that you need to make to get there, and begin taking the steps that you need to move yourself towards that goal.

Is there something that you need to change to get there?

Can you improve yourself in any way?

Are you doing the right things to get there?

These are the questions that you can ask yourself when you come here, to your room your special room.

If there is something that is holding you back from becoming the you that you want to be, you can let it go here. The past doesn’t exist here, nor does the present, it does not count. You can live your life free from the repression that has held you back in the past and visualize yourself as the confident strong person that you want to be.

Go on, do it now, see yourself confident and strong, see yourself as the person that you can be. Feel the power that you have, feel the strength surge through you, understand, that there is nothing holding you back from being this person but you. Only you have the power, only you have right to control the way that you think and behave. No one controls you no one has the right. You are the master of your own destiny now.

Now hold that thought for a second, now squeeze your thumb and forefinger together, squeeze hard and focus on feeling confident, powerful and strong, on feeling good. Anytime you want to feel this good just squeeze your thumb and forefinger together and feel the confidence surge through you. You can do this anytime, anywhere.

You can come to this room anytime, sit and relax and whenever you need to address any situation that you need to resolve this is your safe place. No one can come into this room and take your power you are safe here. If there is anything that distresses you, this is where you come to get a clearer perspective on how to beat depression and how to deal with the problem.

Here you can concentrate on making positive change in your life, in your room, your fantasy room, the safe room that you created. You can dream your dreams, you can change, and you can change for the better. Your future begins here, in this place. Dream your dreams and go for it.

Now sit for a second, feeling relaxed, feeling positive, feeling powerful and have a look around you at this amazing room that you have created. In the middle of this room is a chair, it is your chair, see it in front of you, make it as you will, like a throne, a comfy lounge chair, an expensive handmade creation designed just for you be the world’s greatest craftsmen.

Walk over to the chair, sit down and face your panoramic window, look at the stunning view, this does not have to be a fantasy, you can bring this into reality, you just have to believe that you can.

Sit there in your chair, in your room, and enjoy your view.

Savor it.

Now turn your mind to you.

Let’s talk about you.

You are a unique human being, with hopes, dreams and aspirations and you have the talent and skills to achieve anything that you set your mind to, you have not yet utilized this talent nor developed the skills needed that will change your life, it is as simple as that. You will though.

Using this room I want you to look deep into your soul and ask yourself.

How can I be the best person that I can possibly be?

What skills and what knowledge do I lack to make me into the person that I want to become?

Where can I find this knowledge and how can I acquire these skills?

In step two, I will teach you all the techniques that you need to acquire these life skills and put them into practice in your personal life.

Do this and you will have taken the first step to self-change.

I have managed through this process to live the life that I want and so can you, it will take time, give yourself the time. It took me years, but I never lost faith, I never lost focus, I always retired to my room, focused on my dream and worked out the next step to get there. Never despair, never lose hope you can get there, you will get there, if you put the work in.

Key to Self Hypnosis For Fighting Depression

The key to using self-hypnosis to change your way of thinking and behaving begins when you look deep inside your soul and see what kind of human being that you really are.

You have to honestly and openly look at yourself, your life experience as a whole and deal with each negative event directly and move on after resolution with a positive perspective.

I have done that. In my soul I firmly believe, that I have the heart of a good and kind man. I would rather help than hinder, I would rather love than hate. I believe that we are all created equal and that each and every one of us deserves to be cared for, educated, nourished and protected by family, friends and state, wherever we may come from.

Open mindedness and education will enable you to understand the world around you, your place in it, and how to beat depression, how you should interact with other people around you.

So Where Do We Begin?

We begin by understanding that you have the power to overcome, depression, low self-esteem and low self-worth. No matter what is happening in your life you can be positive you can change, I am not saying that you can do it overnight but if you open your mind and give yourself the time to achieve the desired changes you WILL succeed. There were times that I despaired that anything would ever change, that my life would get better, but it does and it will, if you employ these methods. Not only has my life got better it could not be any better and that is simply because I persevered and kept the dream alive in my mind. I know how to beat depression and although things happen in my life just the same as everyone else that would have at one time made me depressed  this is no longer the case, I cope I remain depression free because I now know.

Only you can be the best human being that you can be only you can learn to beat depression in your way, only you can turn yourself into a  human being that loves respects and cares for themselves and others, a human being that that loves, respects and cares for the planet and its environment.

So how do we become a human being like that.

We begin with ourselves of course; each individual has to take the responsibility for being the best human being that they can be. They have to be open-minded enough realize their lack of knowledge and have the humility to understand that only they can re-educate themselves by opening their minds, listening to and reading information that will bring positive change to their lives.

Can you do that?

Have you ever looked deep inside your soul at the type of human being you are?

Can you say that you are the best human being that you can be.

Have you studied the relationships that you have had with friends and family over the years and are they the best, most positive and loving that they can be?

Have you ever looked at your behavior over your lifetime and identified a pattern of negative or self-destructive behavior or behavior that is selfish and self-seeking?

Or are you a closed, narrow minded, selfish and self seeking individual who uses other people for your own ends regardless of the consequence that may bring?

Do you manipulate and abuse others to compensate for past abuse that you have suffered or do you abuse others simply to cover the insecurities and inadequacies that you may feel?

Is the only person that is abused by you, yourself. Do you abuse yourself, neglect yourself, neglect your diet, your health, your fitness, because of low self-esteem?

Has this lead to addictive and self-destructive behaviour?

Do you feel stuck in a rut and want to change?

Would you rather just ambivalently wander through life with no interest, ambition, or aim. Too apathetic to do anything about your lot and hope that someday, somehow, you will become rich and everything will then be fine.

I firmly believe that each one of is a unique individual who on achieving self-actualization has a unique reason for being. Each one of us has something that we are destined to achieve if we become the best human being that we can be.

Being the best human being that you can be does not mean that you have to be rich and successful to be a winner and achieve self-actualization. It means whatever you do in life be it the most menial task you do it with pride, self-discipline and self-respect and you apply the same thinking and concern to even the most arduous and onerous tasks that you face.

Whatever you do in life do it to the best of your ability, take pride in yourself and your achievements.

Seek what it is that you are destined to do and do it to the best of your ability your rewards will come.

To develop this self-awareness you also need to understand the behavior of others.

Why do people behave the way they do, how can you begin to understand them, and what can you do when you figure them out?

Again there are many good books and downloads to help you understand how others tick and what you can do to strengthen your hand when dealing with them.

Be sure you read and learn all about body language; it is surprising how much people tell you about themselves without even opening their mouths.

A greater percentage of communication between humans is body language far more than is ever communicated by mouth.

Understanding body language is a really useful tool to have when trying to figure out how to communicate with others.

When you have learned to look at yourself, you can have no better place to go than your own fantasy room.

Here you can work on the information that you have gathered and begin to make the necessary changes in your life that will lead to the confident, strong and successful new you.

You can visualize the new you, confident in yourself, and confident in your beliefs. Here you can visualize the new self aware, self conscious you, who understands how to read people and situations and deal with them effectively.

I wish that I could help each and every one of you personally by teaching you everything that I have learned over the past 30 years. But that was my journey and you have yours to make. You are all unique individuals with different life experiences and all have different paths to take. It is up to you to make the necessary changes in your life to make you the best human being that you can be.

Opening Your Subconscious

Remember hypnosis is the key to opening your subconscious mind, when you open it, you have access to the real you.

You can’t hide from your own subconscious, it has already taken in and understands what is right and wrong what is good and bad.

It is up to you to reinforce your subconscious mind by visualizing yourself using the good habits that you have picked up during you self-analysis and eliminating the negative habits.

It is this that will supercharge your positive self-belief and firmly ingrain it in your subconscious mind. This will lead to a progressive, permanent and positive change in your life.

You will now doubt come across many obstacles, such as repressed memories, and may come across memories of abuse and neglect such things as; and I will go through a list of things, as many of them pertain to experiences that I have had to deal with and overcome.

  • being subject to abuse – sexual, emotional or physical, and the loss of control associated with this
  • having your physical and emotional needs neglected in childhood
  • failing to meet the expectations of your parents
  • feeling like the ‘odd one out’ at school
  • moving in a new community which often brings prejudice
  • peer pressure to conform to social norms which you don’t agree with
  • bullying or excessive pressures at work
  • trauma
  • physical ill-health – its impact on your quality of life and activities you can do
  • bereavement
  • facing redundancy or being unemployed
  • social isolation and loneliness.

We all have to deal with these things, all personal and all painful, it is how we deal with them that allow us to move on in order for us to create a healthy self-esteem that will propel us towards a winning and successful personality.

When you deal with these situations you will no doubt find that there are occasions when you have to change negative behavioral patterns. With the negative behavioral patterns that you have developed you have also developed a series of coping mechanisms, so when you take away the negative behavior. You are still left with your negative coping mechanisms. These could be attitudes, behaviors and friends who condone, justify and encourage your negative behavior.

These coping mechanisms have to be abandoned and new powerful positive thinking and relationships nurtured and developed. If it means that you have to let go of people, places and things that have held you back in the past, then that is the way that it has to be. If you really desire positive change in your life then you have to be prepared to take the steps necessary to achieve your desired results.

If you do not let go of these negative coping mechanisms, these emotional crutches that you have you will never be in a position to move forward with a positive effect your life.

Like I said before, if you desire change, you have to take the tough decisions and adhere to them in order to positively progress towards the winning personality that you will create.

When you get rid of these negative behavioral patterns and negative coping mechanisms you are left with the real you.

This is the you that will go on and lead a positive and winning lifestyle, the you that will be full of self belief, self confidence and with a high level of self esteem

People with a high self-esteem are generally winners, they do the right things to enable success, they are driven and goal orientated.

People with a healthy level of self-esteem:

Firmly believe in certain values and principles, and are ready to defend them even when finding opposition, and they feel secure enough to modify them in light of experience.

They are able to act according to what they think to be the best choice, trusting their own judgment, and not feeling guilty when others don’t like their choice.

They do not lose time worrying excessively about what happened in the past, nor about what could happen in the future. They learn from the past and plan for the future, but live in the present intensely.

They fully trust in their capacity to solve problems, not hesitating after failures and difficulties. They ask others for help when they need it.

They consider themselves equal in dignity to others, rather than inferior or superior, while accepting differences in certain talents, personal prestige or financial standing.

They realize that they are an interesting and valuable person for others, at least for those with whom they have a friendship.

They resist manipulation and collaborate with others only if it seems appropriate and convenient.

They admit and accept different internal feelings and drives, either positive or negative, revealing those drives to others only when they choose.

They are able to enjoy a great variety of activities.

They are sensitive to feelings and needs of others; respect generally accepted social rules, and claim no right or desire to prosper at others’ expense.

This is the person that you will become if you have the strength and determination to succeed and are open minded enough to listen to what I say.

So how do we deal with all of those things that have held us back and led to us having low self esteem or lack of motivation?

Lets look at relationships for example, you may have memories of a particular bully, neglectful parent or abusive partner that reoccurringly crop into your mind causing you to think and behave in a particular way, usually negatively.

The way to resolve them is to go into your personal safe room the place you created, invite the person that has been abusive or neglectful into your room.

(There is nothing they can do here they can’t even speak they can’t touch you only you have power and you have total power over them in this room.)

Have them sit in front of you and remind them of the behavior they displayed towards you, let them know exactly how they made you feel and the effect that their actions had on you and the consequences of those actions.

Let them know that this was in the past and you are no longer that person, you have dealt with their behavior, and resolved to banish any thoughts of their past actions and abuse from your mind, they no longer hold any power over you.

Tell them that you are now a confident, strong and well adjusted human being who has the humanity to help others and not tolerate abuse.

Tell them that you have moved on and only look forward to a positive and productive life and that they have no part in it.

Tell them that they have now been banished from your life and banished from this room forever. Stand up take them to the door in your room, open the door and watch them walk off into a long black tunnel.

Do this with all your negative relationships and experiences one at a time. If they come back repeat the process until such times as you are happy that they have been banished for good.

It is certainly an effective way do deal with past relationships, it has worked for me, no past relationships hold sway over my emotions or thinking, I have dealt with them they are gone and if any issues resurface as they can and do, as old memories get triggered by circumstances and events, I have the tools to deal with them there and then.

When you get experienced at this you needn’t even go into hypnosis you can just use visualization by this stage, your mind will know that you want to communicate with your sub conscious and allow you to. You can then visualize your routine and deal with the issue in seconds rather than hours or minutes, and banish any past relationships. Painting pictures in your mind is the whole key to this way of living.

You may also have anger and resentment about unresolved issues, issues involving people, things, places and events in your life. You have to find a way to deal with these issues as well and you can use the same techniques as before. Anger and resentment are corrosive to a person’s soul and hold back any attempt at self improvement.

The way to resolve them is to go into your personal safe room the place you created, and go through the same process.

Anger

The first thing to look at is anger. When you feel anger rising take control, picture in your mind anger as the sun, see it inside your mind as a glowing red hot sun, repeat in your mind the words I can and will control you, keep repeating these words and as you do see the sun in your mind, see its glow diminish, see it become duller turning dark red then turning to black, see it begin to turn to grey allow this grey to lighten to become luminescent in your mind until such time as you have a picture of a cold clear moon on a cold dark night. When you see the moon take a couple of deep breaths slowly breathe out and allow yourself to relax. Practice this regularly and in no time your will be able to take control of anger and bring yourself to a clam relaxed state of mind. Do this regularly and you will find that anger ends up playing no significant role in your life, and when situations arise that would have had you enraged in the past, you will be able to deal with them in a calm and rational manner.

Resentment

Secondly you have to go through all the old resentments that you have held onto all these years visit them and deal with them. Look at them, look at the causes of these resentments, if you are at fault, if it was because of something you have done, because of jealousy, envy, greed or ignorance that you got into this situation if it is in anyway your fault forgive yourself, you were ignorant of the way to resolve the situation correctly, you don’t think like that now, you know better now.

If it was the fault of someone else use the same methods as before. If the situation was out with your control how can you blame yourself? You have no control of another thoughts actions or deeds, it was their doing. See this person for what they are. Why did they act or do what they did? Do you know the reason? Do they? They might be bitter, angry, and resentful themselves causing them to behave in that way, they might be ignorant of how to behave properly, perhaps they were never taught, or they might just be downright nasty.

Whatever it is that lead to the situation you have to resolve it. You can do this by letting it go. It’s gone it is in the past and it serves you no purpose to hold on to this anger or resentment, in order for you to grow you have to either forgive or forget. If you can forgive all the better, it will enable you to finally have some closure on the subject, if you can’t just let it go, you do not need this in your life, banish it and immediately replace the thought with a new powerful, positive thought. Keep doing this with all the resentments and thoughts that enrage you as they crop up in your mind. Do not let them fester in your soul burning away that which is the good in you. This is what unresolved issues like this do, they let negativity creep in and along with it comes all the other bad thinking that leads to self destructive behavior.

Resentment, anger, greed, selfishness, envy, and false pride need not play any further part in your life if you follow these simple steps.

Negative Self Talk

Another thing that will set you on the path to a new you, a positive and confident you, is to deal with negative self talk. That little voice in your head, that little devil on your shoulder that tells you that you are not good enough, you know nothing, people don’t like you, you will never amount to anything.

We all have it, sitting there drip feeding a negative thought every time something positive happens in our life.

You can change this you do not need to be controlled by negative self talk. Again visualization is the key to resolving the issue, give this voice a face, turn it into a ridiculous cartoon, anytime this voice pops into your head give it a squeaky little voice, I know it may sound silly but the reason behind it is to program a part of you that has always been there, deep rooted and destructive and it takes something unusual to override it.

Your subconscious mind has been programmed to see cartoons as funny as is the squeaky voice, and finds it difficult to respond to suggestions from a ridiculous figure. So when the little voice pops up, control it by this method and replace the negative suggestion with a positive powerful and confident one. It will work, why would you take a clown seriously, and only a clown would think that they could control the new powerful and self aware you.

These things, these corrosive, negative and destructive things that plague us all can be beaten and beaten well if you apply these steps. It will take time but you have to give yourself the time to take the steps needed to control and change your negative thinking and replace it with new positive and powerful self talk and behavior but you can do it and you will do it.

While you take these steps you can also use your room to visualize the new confident you.

I want you to imagine that you are in your room right now go on see it in your mind the room that you have created. I want you to imagine that there is a full length mirror in the room. I want you to walk over to the mirror and stand straight in front of it. See yourself standing in front of it, the whole of your body in view, imagine yourself as you would like to look in 3 years time.

Think about what it will take to get there, perhaps you need to lose weight, or gain weight,  determine and tell yourself right now that you will do whatever it takes to get yourself to this point.

If you need to re-educate yourself about diet and exercise do so, don’t wait for change to come to you, go for it yourself. Do not be negative in your thought about this, no matter what you have done in the past, you can change and will change if you keep this image of the you that you want to be in your mind and take the baby steps it requires every day to get there.

What is the best individual diet plan for you in relation to your frame size, height and weight? There is no excuse, there is a plethora of information out there that can help you understand what you should eat that will be healthy, nutritious and give you the energy you need to maintain a good healthy body. There are a multitude of cook books, DVDs and TV programs that you can watch that will teach you how to cook.

Maintenance For Your Mind and Body

Do you exercise? If not, why not? You know that you should exercise to maintain good health. Do not fall into the trap of seeing exercise as a chore, understand that by exercising you are giving your body muscles, lungs, and heart the stimulation they need in order to function properly into old age and unless you are very unlucky you are going to see old age, therefore it would make sense to make sure that when you reach it, you are in the best health that you can be. For if you follow the steps in this program you can look forward to a ripe and fruitful old age.

So see yourself standing in front of the mirror now in your own special room in three years time, and see the person that has spent the past three years after changing both diet and developing an exercise plan, a person that has been working on maintaining their body in a healthy way for three years. See yourself as the confident person that you will be, feeling strong, feeling healthy and having a confident and positive outlook about life and the path that you are taking through it.

Look in the mirror and see yourself standing there dressed well, looking smart, standing tall and proud, your shoulders back chest out and back straight, looking confident, looking strong and healthy, looking like a well balanced, kind, human being.

Imagine the immense feeling of pride that you will have, as you stand there knowing that you feel good, look good and are on track to realizing your dream, the fantasy that you have created.

Go on allow yourself to feel those feelings now, imagine yourself three years from now, you are looking in the mirror, you are looking good, feeling great, let that feeling wash over you allow yourself to become immersed in this feeling of intense pride and confidence and put your thumb and finger together, now squeeze them together and feel that sense of confidence grow. You know that you will get there, you know that this is what you will look like in three years time, you know that this is how you will feel, when you look at yourself in the mirror in three years time. Squeeze those fingers and lock that confidence deep in your subconscious mind. Go ahead, feel great, feel positive, smile, this not a chore, you are doing something right now that will have a profound effect on your life, give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it.

As you are standing there looking at yourself in the mirror I want you to say to yourself.

Just For Today Affirmation

I want you to say “Just for today, I am going to be the best person that I can be, I will love and allow myself to be loved, I will not abuse, nor will I tolerate abuse, I will be kind and helpful loving and giving.

Just for today I can look anyone straight in the eye and speak with utter truth and conviction knowing that I will never intentionally lie, deceive, or cause distress or anguish to another human being either by word or deed.

Just for today as I step through this door I give myself the permission to be the real me, the good, kind, strong, confident and powerful me who, just for today will be the best human being that I can be.

And as you finish, open your door and step out into the world brimming with confidence ready for whatever the new day may bring.

Remember, you can visit your room any time and visualize yourself in the mirror, do it regularly and this will reinforce your self belief.

Do it each morning before you leave home, visualize yourself in the mirror being confident, being strong, knowing that today your are going to be the best person that you can be. Open the door and step out into a new day with a confident, attitude and in the correct frame of mind. Do it every day and in no time it will be ingrained in your way of thinking, you will be supremely confident each and every day that you step out of your door to go and face a brand new day.

Take this step and you will be on the way to realizing your dream.

I have been there see it and done it and do not have time for excuses, the are no excuses.
